The show was awesome and it was really well received. The guys were very professional and very generous with their time. We had 110 in attendance and everyone got a chance to shake their hands, get autographs and take a photo. The show was just brilliant and everyone in the room got something out of it.
Justin was a funny bugger….he was such a crack up! He ran the whole thing from start to finish which was great and really made it easy for us to sit back and enjoy the show. Having this event was really great advertising for our club. Everyone is still talking about it! This was the first event we have ever done and it was a great success. Everything is plotted out for you and it is very easy to pick up and put down as need be. 24/08 – 50th Anniversary for Central Australian Rugby Football League, Alice Springs – Aaron Blacker – Tommy Raudonikis, Benny Elias & Justin Karcher as Emcee

Absolutely fantastic, the boys did a great job and the whole night was a real success. We were not having it as a fundraiser more of a celebration so we were not expecting to make any money out of it. Justin and the boys would have paid for themselves 4 or 5 fold and we were prepared to invest that money back into the night (not our pockets) to make it what it was so we were really happy with that aspect of it. We would have broken even at least maybe even made a few dollars.

The feedback has been great, Great speakers, Great Emcee, Great venue, Great food, Great night…. really an all-round success.

Tommy – Fantastic, exactly as we expected him to be had the whole room in stitches, Tommy is great!

Benny – The biggest surprise was how well Benny actually spoke. All of his stories about his career he actually related back to Alice (he had obviously done his homework) he was great to listen to and he made his whole speech relatable to everyone so he really built that connection with the crowd….we were absolutely wrapt!

Justin – Great, Absolutely fantastic! I was very happy that I got Justin to Emcee the entire event, he did such a great job of running the night and made it that much more professional, he really did a wonderful job!

Thank you f everything, I can definitely see myself having no problems at all using The K Faktor again in the future. Great Job!

To whom it may concern,

Upon recommendation from Tom Raudonikis OAM, the Queensland Bookmakers Club, a 70 year old institution, employed the services of Justin Karcher (The K Faktor) to honour ‘Fearless’ Fred Casey in his 25th and Testimonial year of service (2008) at the club.

Fred Casey is a very popular character at the club and around Australia. Fred became the Australian Heavyweight Champion in only his second professional fight and represented his country at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

The K Faktor’s CEO, Justin Karcher, personally took charge of the event which was held at the impressive Victoria Park Golf Complex, Main Ballroom, in Brisbane. The K Faktor not only became event managers; produced the invitation cards; table toppers; provided guest speakers in Malcolm Johnston, Johnny Lewis and Tom Raudonikis; sourced and supplied some very valuable and rare sporting memorabilia; but oversaw a successful night (as the MC, Comedian, Auctioneer and Interviewer!) that raised in excess of $15,000 towards Fred and Judy’s retirement. All for a very reasonable fee.

Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Justin as an event and fundraising manager.
